Hi, my name is Fabian Ramirez and I have a knack for making money. I’m also willing to take risks that others are opposed to taking. For example, everyone wants to sell their stuff on eBay and make money, but many seldom do. I have been selling on eBay since 2000. At one point I opened my own store on eBay and called it RamWay Merchandise.
Today, I make an extra $1,000/month online selling advertising space on niche websites that I created and have let age. You know, the longer a site is online the more authority it builds as opposed to a site I created today.
Most recently, i’ve began working on a project that helps people learn how to create blog websites. I call it Websidual. It stands for using the web to bring in residual income which is exactly what I do. So i’m sharing my tips with people who become members of the site. I also lead seminars about marketing your business and making sure your site is search engine friendly. I also show how to use Twitter, Facebook, Email marketing and other New Media Web 2.0 sites to enhance your online presence.
I believe everyone should have their own website. Since online sites are considered real estate, it’s time to get your piece of the pie so to speak. If you want to I can help you get started to creating your own blog site. I have several sites of my own and each one does it’s own thing. One site make several hundred dollars a month and another simply tells people about me and my speaking opportunities which leads to me having higher speaking engagements and free advertising by way of my website.
You see there are so many ways to use a website, some use it as an online resume because you cannot count on Facebook alone to share your information and connect with people, it may not be around 5 – 10 years from now but your own website can be around forever.
